Session 1
WELCOME… This is session number one of the prophecy project. I’ve written 3 books from scripture. ONE about the “DAUGHTER of BABYLON” ONE about the “ASSYRIAN” and ONE about “NATO”, NATO? yes the NATO alliance, I believe it’s found in scripture. But first we’ll deal with “BABYLON”
I’m really looking forward to explaining to you what I’ve found in scripture.
The key to understanding the times in which we live, lays in having a good foundation… Who do you listen to? you will get your information from somewhere.
World leaders: what do they say, how do they see things, how truthful are they? Hitlerexample Chamberlin lied to. can you trust them. (Dan. 11:27) fourth Persian king and the king of Egypt
Political Leaders: Domestic and national leaders in political parties. they have limited access to information and they have agendas (though not always admitted).
Experts in the field: (talking heads)They are analyzing the data coming from their sources. They will see the data in light of their personal bias, and report what they see in line with their associations, and beliefs. You must filter this source. This is also true of the NEWS REPORTING sources. Some stories are distorted, explain.
With the advent of the internet the variety of news sources has increased and you have access to more information than ever before, and with very little control, you must filter the data and opinions closely. You can certainly see both side of any subject. But, you can find access to data that you could not have just a few years ago, it is a tremendous research tool.
SCRIPTURE: This source of information and understanding is Universally denigrated in the secular world, it is angrily seen as useless and dangerous.
It has fixed values and dares to declare right from wrong and that God (the creator of the world and Man) has an opinion and influence into the affairs of man, and will even Judge man and society by his standards.
Scripture even asserts that God knows what is going to happen before it does, it declares things to come.
Now if there is no God, then scripture is at best a hand book on morality and ethics, but as a guide to events and the future it would be dangerous.
But, If God is real and the scriptural claims are true, then for you to understand what it says is of the utmost importance. This why I’m taking the time to make this series of teachings.
I try to not explain current events in light of scripture, but rather discern from scripture what events we could see in the near future and then watch world events to see how and if they conform to what scripture says.
God says that he declares things to come before they happen, so that the believer can develop a confidence in God and in Gods position over the events of man.

Thebook”America the Daughter of Babylon” was written in the 1980’s it was originally published in England, and more recently brought to America. as you can see from its title I believe that the Daughter of Babylon is America, now, many people don’t understand how anyone could believe that America has anything in common with Babylon, that was exactly how I felt when I first dealt with the subject, but I eventually had to yield to what the scriptures are saying, not just in one location by one prophet, but many, ISAIAH, JEREMIAH, EZEKIEL and JOHN directly, and others prophets indirectly.. I believe they paint an undeniable picture of the subject.
In fairness to you, I want present my premise, this is the heart of the matter:
The old testament prophets prophesied about the demise of a nation called Babylon, and they are very precise in their descriptions. The nation and empire of Babylon was in fact in existence at that time. the nation was located in the Mesopotamia, the valley of Shinar, where modern Iraq is today.
That Babylon did in fact fall (539 BC) and ceased to be a nation, and the city of Babylon became a ruin..and the nation ceased to have a king around 128 BC. BUT, did not fall the way the prophets indicated (not even close).
Were the prophets wrong… is there some sort of error? or is it an event which is yet to happen. Isaiah set the timing of Babylon’s fall with certain signs.

Isaiah13:10 “For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine (11) And I will punish the world for their evil….(13) Therefore I will shake the heavens….
When we look forward in time we find a statement in the new Testament by Jesus, concerning the sign of his coming and the end of the world…
Matt. 24:29 The sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven.
It becomes clear that the fall of Babylon is an end time event which is yet to happen..to a nation of Babylon which will exist at the end of the world.
I will endeavor in this and other sessions to develop a description of this new Babylon.

A. Adam
B. Noah, God says it repented him that he made man, every imagination of their heart was on evil all the time. they had no discipline. I will destroy them, except for Noah and his family.
C. Nimrod, A great hunter, a usurper of God’s authority with his people, ambitious, built his city and started a tower, to make a name for us (man)
D. Babel, An anointing of confusion
E. Sumerians, Acadians, Neo-Babylon (Nebuchnezzer)(Belshazzar)
F. The fall of Babylon.(539BC) Persian King Cyrus the Great (east) a non battle, peaceful coup. (according to historians).
G. Alexander the great 331BC. Southern capitol, he died there.
H. the last King of Babylon (128BC.) City was in ruins. completely gone at the time of Christ.
I. New Prophecies for Babylon, (90 AD) Non national time REVIVED BABYLON (the Great)
J. The re-establishment of Israel (1948), This event is directly connected to the NEW NATION of Babylon at the END of the world. This will be explained in coming sessions.
While I’m covering this time line, this would be a good time to explain what is meant by the biblical term “WORLD”… While the scriptures (2Peter 3:12) do refer to the ultimate destruction of the planet (earth) (GE) geography, This is not the event that is seen as the “END of the WORLD” the word is the Greek word Kosmos (cosmos) not Carl Sagan’s cosmos. but rather “a system of man’s governments and organizations”.

There are TWO world systems referred to in scripture. II Peter2:5 and (God) spared not the OLD WORLD (Kosmos), but saved Noah a preacher of righteousness, bringing a flood upon the world (Kosmos) of the ungodly. The second World started after the flood with Nimrod’s Government at Babel and has continued as an unbroken chain of governments, nations, kingdoms, and empires down through time until this very day.
It is this system that Jesus told his follower to avoid.
John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
James 4:4know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
I John 2:15-17 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyman love the world, the love of the father is not in him. (16) forallthat is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. (17) And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Surely your relationship with this Kosmos is important for your future, and indeed this kosmos will end and be judged by God.
I want to review some of the descriptions of the Great Babylon of the End. This is to give you a taste of the information we will cover in detail in other sessions.
1. Babylon will be the greatest economic nation of that time. so great of riches!
2. Babylon will be the greatest consumer nation of that day. No man buyeth our merchandise any more.
3. Babylon will be the greatest military power of the world. The hammer of the whole earth.
4.Babylon will be symbolized by an eagle.
5. Babylon will be a nation of mingled peoples, from all over the world, woven together as one.
6. Babylon will be used of God to bless the entire world.
7. Babylon will become perverted, by her wisdom and knowledge.
8.Babylon will become a land of Idolatry.
9. Babylon will be a place that the Jewish people will prosper and grow wealthy. A place of refuge.
10. Babylon will become a land full of the occult, sorceries and witchcraft.
11. Babylon is called the lady of kingdoms. I will do one entire session just on this subject.
